Volunteer register

The Community Centre is entirely funded by hire charges, fundraising and donations but at the heart of it all are the people who use the Community Centre and work hard behind the scenes to keep it going.

There are always so many jobs that need doing at the Centre which wouldn’t take long if a group of people got together to do it, many hands and all that. From painting, deep cleaning, sorting cupboards, making tea, clearing the outside areas, weeding etc. We would love to have a register of people we could call upon in times of need. No-one would be expected to work alone or do things that they are uncomfortable doing. We would send an email with the work that needs doing and when and you would then let us know if you’re available to help.
