Healthy Living

The Healthy Living Club meet for a few hours every other week at the Centre. The aim is to encourage older people to become more active, meet new friends and receive information about healthy lifestyles. The focus is around low impact fun activities which encourage conversations and friendships to be built. This would normally involve say three sports activities such as table tennis, new age curling and Tai Chi followed by making smoothies.

Anyone over 50 is eligible but in practice our members are a lot older than this.
